The warning sysytem

here is what the warning system will go by
1st warning: your warning level will go up to 5-25
2nd warning: warning level goes up and you get a pm if your warning level is above 50
3rd warning: warning level goes up , also if you have reached a 100 warning level you will get banned for a day

1st time you go to 100: you get banned for a day
2nd time you go to 100: you get banned for a week
3rd time you to 100: permantly banned from the forum
